IT’S FINALLY GETTING STARTED!
Just mere hours ago, the Star Wars Facebook page released their official announcement video stating Episode VIII has officially started production. Guys, we’ve got a year 9 months and 30 days exactly until it comes out and I am ALREADY excited.

It’s only been a few months since the team in The Force Awakens grace us with their presence and gave us the adventure of a lifetime and I have no doubt that we’ll get another amazing story in Episode VIII. Speaking on behalf of everyone here, we’re pumped…and we can’t wait to have another amazing film to talk about together!
Episode VIII will be written and directed by Rian Johnson and continues the storylines introduced in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, welcomes back cast members Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, and Andy Serkis. New cast members will include Academy Award winner Benicio Del Toro, Academy Award nominee Laura Dern, and talented newcomer Kelly Marie Tran. (x)
